Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Everything here is made in small batches and packed by hand, and your order ships from our Los Angeles apothecary within 1 to 5 business days. Orders of $50 or more ship free anywhere in the United States; under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout. Once your order is on its way you will receive tracking by email, and most packages arrive within 3 to 7 business days. We ship within the United States only for now.
RETURNS
Unopened products can come back to us within 30 days of delivery. Opened formulas cannot be restocked, for safety, but if something was not right, write to me anyway and we will sort it out. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
