Each order is prepared by hand with care. The notes below explain how and when your order will make its way to you.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Because our products are crafted in small batches, occasional delays may occur during launches, seasonal releases, or high-volume periods. If we anticipate a longer wait, we will let you know.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Orders of $50 or more ship free anywhere in the United States.
For orders under $50, a flat $2.50 handling charge is included in the shipping total you see at checkout.
Estimated delivery times within the United States are 3 to 7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the carrier.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
We currently ship throughout the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to welcome international friends in the future, and any update will be shared here and at checkout.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS ON BOTANICAL PRODUCTS
Certain herbal and botanical products may be subject to shipping restrictions in some regions. If we are unable to ship a product to your location, we will contact you and arrange a refund for that item.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package passes to you. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at care@wildwomanherbs.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date, and we will do our best to help resolve the matter with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery, though we will always try to assist where we can.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require additional shipping charges.
