Every Wild Woman product is crafted in small batches with care and intention. We want you to feel held by your experience with us, from the moment your order arrives. If something is not right, we are here to make it so.


OUR PROMISE

Every order leaves our apothecary checked by hand. If something is not right when it reaches you, write to us and we will make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please reach out to us at care@wildwomanherbs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

RETURNS ON UNOPENED PRODUCTS

Because our products are handcrafted botanical goods intended for personal use, returns are accepted only on unopened, unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

Opened products cannot be returned or restocked, for reasons of safety and quality. If a formula was not right for you, we still want to hear about it; write to us and we will find a fair path forward.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you at no cost. You will never pay to fix our mistake.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin a return, contact us at care@wildwomanherbs.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours. Please do not send products back before receiving approval.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

    For reasons of safety, hygiene, and quality, the following cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

    • Tinctures, teas, oils, and any consumable or topical herbal products.
    • Products with broken seals or opened packaging.
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Gift cards.

    This is standard practice for botanical and wellness goods and reflects our commitment to the integrity of every product we send.

    EXCHANGES

    The fastest path to a different product is to return the unopened item and place a new order.

    REFUNDS

    Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item.

    RETURN SHIPPING

    Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

    EXCHANGES

    If you would like to exchange an unopened item for a different product, please contact us at care@wildwomanherbs.com and we will guide you through the process.

    SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

    Subscribe and Save orders follow the same policy and return guidelines as one-time purchases. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing care@wildwomanherbs.com, as described in our Terms of Service. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals, but a renewal order that has already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled and is instead subject to this policy.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    We move quickly to prepare your order. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@wildwomanherbs.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before your order has shipped, though we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

    WHOLESALE ORDERS

    Orders placed through Faire follow Faire's return terms. Retail partners may reach us directly at care@wildwomanherbs.com for anything Faire cannot resolve.
