Once approved, you will receive our wholesale agreement. Carefully review the terms and conditions, sign the agreement, and return it to us.

04 First Order and Onboarding

After receiving the signed agreement, you can place your first order. We’ll provide onboarding materials to help you get started, including product information, training resources, and marketing materials.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Initial Order: The minimum initial order amount is $100 (approximately 8-10 products). This ensures that retailers have a sufficient variety of products to create an impactful display. We recommend a minimum of 3 units per product for the initial order to ensure adequate stock levels.

Reorder Minimum: Subsequent orders have a flexible minimum order amount of $100, with no specific quantity requirements per product, allowing retailers to restock as needed.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 2-7 business days and shipped promptly.

What are the shipping and delivery policies?

Orders over $200 within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping. For orders under $200, shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight and destination.

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $20 for orders between $100 and $200 in the South Bay of Los Angeles. Orders over $200 within these areas qualify for free delivery. Please inquire for delivery options within the greater Los Angeles area.
